What does Pulse Recovery offer?

Pulse recovery sessions reduce inflammation, enhance blood flow, and speed up recovery. This
includes 30 minute hot and cold therapy, 20 minute normatec compression therapy, 10 minute
use of the activation area, foam rollers, massage guns, acupressure mats, and more.

  • A recovery room is a  recovery facility offering products and equipment designed specifically to aid in the recovery of muscle pain, aches, and strains associated with sports or day to day activities. Here at Pulse Recovery, our recovery rooms can be visited on a once-off or regular basis, with all equipment use included in your entrance fee/membership.

  • Please bring swimwear, a towel, and flip-flops. We provide changing facilities.

  • Each recovery session is typically 45–60 minutes, depending on the package selected.

  • Yes, our therapies are suitable for beginners. Our team will guide you through each step to ensure your comfort and safety.

  • Absolutely. You can mix and match services such as compression and cold tub therapy in a single visit to maximise benefits.

  • No. Our recovery rooms are suitable for everyone, for general overall wellness and feel good factor.

  • For optimal results, we recommend booking within 24 hours of intense physical activity.
